In this contract words written in bold and some other words such as “us”, “we” and “you” have defined meanings; most of these are set out in the “definitions and interpretation terms”, which are standard terms that we use in several of our contracts and which are available on our website. The other terms which have special meanings are given below:
After the final logo design is approved Brand New Beauty agrees to deliver the logo design to you as a digital files ( .png, .svg, .pdf, .ai., .eps, and/or .jpg graphics file formats). Logo packages are delivered to you by email.
Brand New Beauty, LLC gives the client the right to use their new logo design in all media useful for your business promotion. I ask that you let Brand New Beauty display your new Logo Image and your full name, business name, and website address for a testimonial and promotional purposes on my websites and in any printed ads.
I agree to give Brand New Beauty,LLC more time if the designer becomes ill, is injured, or is delayed because of events beyond her control, like: fire, theft, computer failure, and Acts of God.
I understand that I will receive my first five – ten logo drafts in 7 business days. I am only granted 3 revisions which will be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Revisions will not be accepted via text.
Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Brand New Beauty and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.
Logo payments are non-refundable. Clients payment must be paid in full before Brand New Beauty can start on their project.
Contact Limitations & Boundaries
Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 3:00 pm EST. Nicole will only reply back to emails or calls during our office hours. The average email response time is within 24 – 48 business hours. We will not accept communication responses via social media direct messages. All forms of communication will need to be via email, text or call. Revisions must ONLY be summited via email to email@example.com. Please note that any text sent outside of our office hours will be responded to during our office hours.

To reserve the date that was selected, a deposit must be made within 24 hours of signing this agreement/contract. One week before your assigned date, you will receive an email with additional instructions on what you can do to prepare before your start date approaches. On the day of your start date, Nicole Martinez will contact you directly.
